DMCA Copyright Policy
Procedures for reporting alleged intellectual property infringements and copyright compliance.
1. Commitment to Copyright Protection
topdf.click respects the intellectual property rights of creators, authors, and copyright holders and expects users of our services to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
2. Architectural Absence of Hosted User Content
Important Architectural Fact: topdf.click operates using client-side processing. Documents that users open, merge, or convert in our tools are executed strictly inside their own local web browser memory.
We do not host, store, index, or publish user documents on our web servers. Once a user completes a conversion or closes their browser session, the document data ceases to exist in temporary memory. Consequently, our servers do not contain an archive or public repository of infringing user documents that can be taken down.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice for Website Content
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content hosted directly on our website (such as text, graphics, or code) infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification containing the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on topdf.click that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficiently detailed URL references.
- Your contact information, including your full legal name, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
4. Designated Copyright Agent
Official DMCA notices and copyright inquiries should be directed to our designated email address at contact@topdf.click or via our Contact Information page. Please ensure all notices satisfy the statutory requirements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
